So we talk about effectiveness. Effectiveness means doing the right thing instead of doing things right which is efficiency. Look at a tree in spring, a cherry tree, completely inefficient but amazingly effective. Think about this tree which makes sure it’s not less bad, let’s make buildings which are like trees which make oxygen, which cleans the air, which are habitats for hundreds of species so we can reinvent everything to be good instead of less bad.
